Professional Workplace Problem
Each individual has faced his or her personal ethical criteria that have been discovered from world, peers, and through education. Each person's morals and values will probably be tested at one point or another. This is often caused because of economic hardship or greed. Our ethics is the framework for our decision making, and our ethical standard every person holds. However , under selected circumstances we all will problem our values and run into an honest dilemma. Every individual will confront or offers faced a great ethical situation during their lifetime. This may happen in a professional environment or in day to day. Let me discuss an ethical concern I have knowledgeable in a professional setting. Let me also evaluate the problem and evaluate the outcome of my decision. I was your retail job at the age of 17. I had been operating at the Old Town Express Park for over a year. It had been a small price tag shopping areas that consisted of 10 stores and a staff of 50 persons ranging in ages from 16 to 35. Many were secondary school aged and perhaps their 1st jobs. None of us had an assigned shop to function and rotated and balanced. Because most of us did work together with each other we all, all understood each other to become close. I recall several cases of where my personal coworker Karina and I had worked jointly in the same store. There were grown close and had very much in common since we were not more than a year a part. We would at times hang out outside the house work. Currently we had started to be close friends. That i knew of her friends and family, and the girl knew my very own. I remember one-day we were coming together, and she was ringing up people at the enroll while I was stocking the shelves. I saw her notify a customer in the event he paid cash she would lower the price tag on the item to $20. I saw her take those money, provide the customer a bag and thank him.
