(01) Capacity and facilities alterations are a all-important long term aim that needs to be set. The plant can be outdated, dirty and is will no longer up to ALL OF US safety standards. The design of the plant is unorganized and does not flow easily. With the way everything is set-up today, it may basically cost all of them more to run the plant after that if they were to update the plant to operate more efficiently. The flow with the design is very important in performance and in decreasing everyday costs; they may raise the size of procedures.
(02) New equipment and updated technology is another long-term goal which needs to be set. Out-of-date equipment actually costs cash, because it works slower and does not function properly causing high priced repairs. Only having a limited amount of kit would leave them in a enormous bind if the equipment were to fail. Plus they are changing more than one machine to produce both anchors that is both extremely inefficient and time consuming.
